The National Household Education Survey, 2003 Adult Education for Work-Related Seasons (AEWR-NHES:2003) is a study that is part of the National Household Education Survey (NHES) program; program data are available since 1991 at https://nces.ed.gov/nhes/dataproducts.asp.
