NCHS Research and Development Survey (RANDS) Round 2 during COVID-19 probability sampled Restricted File

The Research and Development Survey (RANDS) is a series of cross-sectional surveys from probability-sampled commercial survey panels. As part of a special iteration of RANDS that focuses on COVID-19, RANDS during COVID-19 Round 2 is the second round of a three-round survey. The probability sample of RANDS during COVID-19 Round 2 was recruited using NORC at the University of Chicago (NORC)'s AmeriSpeak Panel, and the survey was administered by NORC from August 3, 2020 to August 20, 2020.
