Description

This Restricted-Use Data file is constructed from data collected through two CCD nonfiscal surveys: the Public Elementary/Secondary School Universe Survey and the Local Education Agency Universe Survey. The reported completion data have been perturbed (i.e., disguised) in this file to prevent the identification of any individual who failed to receive a diploma at the conclusion of 12th grade. Dropout data were not perturbed. Enrollment bases for the dropout rates were also created for this data file. The file does not include an enrollment base for high school completion rates.
