The dataset includes information on institution type and participant enrollment from the national set of Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) grantees from the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 program years. It also looks information collected within a set of 18 EOC grantees recruited to participate in an impact study of a text messaging strategy. The dataset includes, within this set of grantees, information on the typical services provided to participants, as well as individual-level information on participants recruited to particpate in the impact study. Individual-level information includes demographic data, summary text messaging data (e.g. counts of messages sent and received), and information on college enrollment and FAFSA completion outcomes.
