SSA Gold Standard Master Beneficiary Record (GLDMBR) SIPP

Description

Administrative data from SSA Master Beneficiary Records are matched to Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP) respondents, including all SSA program data collected prior to and following the SIPPCPS data collection. The Gold Standard file was developed to link and standardize all survey and administrative data.

Census Bureau restricted-use data must be used for statistical purposes and cannot be used for purposes of enforcing laws or regulations or for profit. Use of this file requires SSA approval if the project is not covered under the existing agreement.
