BOC Master Address File- Multiple MAFIDs
Add to My BasketDescription
The Master Address File Auxiliary Reference File (MAF-ARF) is a Census Bureau file that contains a Master Address File Identifier (MAFID) and a protected identification key (PIK). The MAFARF is an annual snapshot of PIK and MAFID pairs observed in administrative records. The MAFID is drawn from the MAFX. The PIK is a resulting field from the validation of a record Social Security Number (SSN). At the completion of the PVS validation process, the SSN is replaced with PIK as a form of anonymization of the record.
This file contains multiple MAFIDs per PIK. In the future, only PIKs for this version of the MAFARF will be created. For the auxiliary reference file, request BOC Master Address File Auxiliary Reference File (MAFARF)- RDG 720.
