First American Data Tree LLC provides property data and document images to mortgage and real estate related businesses in the United States.

The broad scope of public and proprietary data acquired by First American is unique among data providers and is the source of owner association contact data asset. It includes an HOA/COA flag to identify properties in an owner association (may be one or more for a single property), the type of association (homeowner, condo, PUD), the name of the association, the contact of the HOA, Managing Agency, and Law Firm (may include company name, contact name, address, phone, or email), and the fees (amount actual or estimated and the frequency).
