The data contains detailed information on buyout transactions between 1980 and 2013 and the associated funds that provided the capital. The Private Capital Research Institute (PCRI) database contains business name, business location information, the category of private capital received, and the date of receipt. PCRI reviews all proposed uses of this data and may require a project-specific extract be created and provisioned.
